1. Payback period

We guarantee the quality of our Programs. However, if you are not satisfied with the training program you have registered for, you can claim a full refund within the first 3 days of the actual program start date, or before consuming more than 20% of the registered content (whichever comes first).

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, an official email must be sent to the Technical Support Department stating the reason for cancellation and the order number. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Cases not covered by refund

Fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:
- After the specified warranty period (3 days) has passed.
- After issuing and approving the certificate.
- In the event of violating the Terms & Conditions, which leads to account suspension.

4. Refunds

The amount will be returned to the same card or payment method that was used for the purchase. It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank's policy.
